2024 Pan-American Masters Games Volunteer Registration

We appreciate your interest in volunteering for the 2024 Pan-American Masters Games. With 10,000+ athletes from around the world, nearly 3,000 volunteers will be needed to make this event a huge success.

EVENT DATES: July 12^th- 21^st, 2024                 VOLUNTEER DATES: July 5th - July 21st, 2024

WHAT WE NEED: The 2024 Pan-American Masters Games team is looking for energetic, dedicated individuals who will volunteer for the 2024 Pan-American Masters Games. Cleveland, Ohio will host approximately 10,000 athletes 30+ years of age who will compete in 26 different sports. 

KEY VOLUNTEER INFORMATION: 

1. Volunteers under 18 years old will be required additional waiver signatures to complete registration.
2. A volunteer training session will occur prior to your first shift(s). Additional information about volunteer trainings will be available in the coming months. 
3. Volunteers are encouraged to register for 2 or more shifts!

• Sports/Competition
• Athlete Check-In
• Awards Distribution + Ceremonies presented by Cleveland-Cliffs
• Airport Greeters                   
• Hotel Information Stations
• Special Events
• Set Up/Tear down
